A whitewater paradise, Quebec offers a variety of activities that allow you to connect with nature. At H2O Expédition, water—a source of life, inspiration, and thrills—has been providing our visitors with challenges since 1993. H2O Expédition offers rafting, canyoning, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), canoeing, and kayaking for beginners to experts of all ages. Our adventures take place on the Métabetchouane and Mistassibi rivers in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region. All our activities are led by experienced guides—outdoor specialists—who will help you fully enjoy your aquatic adventure.
