At H2O Expédition, water—a source of life, inspiration, and thrills—has been providing our visitors with challenges since 1993. H2O Expédition offers rafting, canyoning, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), canoeing, and kayaking for beginners to experts of all ages. Our adventures take place on the Métabetchouane and Mistassibi rivers in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region. All our activities are led by experienced guides—outdoor specialists—who will help you fully enjoy your aquatic adventure.
