Studio le New-Yorkais

The Studio le New-Yorkais is a bright, themed loft in Old Lévis, ideal for both family vacations and business trips. Its highlight: a private terrace with a direct view of the river and the Château Frontenac, perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing end to the day. Located about a ten-minute walk from the ferry, you can enjoy both riverbanks without needing a car.

Take the ferry to Old Quebec (departures every 30 minutes, approximately 12 minutes) to explore its historic streets, restaurants, and attractions. On the Lévis side, Quai Paquet, its water features, and the riverside promenade are all nearby, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The bike path runs along the river, perfect for scenic rides.

The Lévis–Québec ferry, Quai Paquet, and the cafés, restaurants, and shops in Old Lévis are all within walking distance. The riverside promenade offers superb views of the river and the old town. Buses, taxis, Uber, and bike rentals are also nearby.

The accommodation is on one level and includes free private parking. Guests can check in on their own using smart locks with a code, which is provided before the stay. Please note: The property is located on a hill, so the walk uphill may be more challenging for some. It is also possible to park at Quai Paquet (fees may apply).

A private bedroom (queen-size bed) and a second queen-size bed in the common area can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note: the bathroom is accessible only from the private bedroom. Check-in starting at 4:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m. A playpen and high chair are available upon request.
