Walter-MacKenzie Municipal Park (Rivière-au-Saumon)

Located in the heart of the village, along the Salmon River, the park offers a variety of complementary activities: white-water rafting in the spring or family boating in the summer, cycling or hiking through the Scots Marsh Park, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter, equipment rentals (kayaks, pedal boats, canoes, bicycles), water games for children, an elven habitat forest, a public market, an annual fishing festival (in early June), a snack bar called Le Petit Écossais, 15 wild camping sites and 10 serviced trailer sites for travelers, tourist information, and more.
