Royal Square Park

Located in the heart of the city of Sorel-Tracy, the square is close to various small shops and restaurants. It's a great place to relax and experience downtown while enjoying a nice drink from the local bakery. Additionally, several events take place in this location. This historic site was converted into an urban park in the late 19th century after serving as a parade ground from 1780 to 1860. In fact, the layout of the paths forms a radiant design that represents the British flag, the Union Jack. In winter, the park's paths transform into an ice rink where you can skate to music on a half-kilometer of frozen surface.
