Meute Tanwen is the one-of-a-kind place to experience this ancient sport in all its glory alongside a lover of life, a musher, a musician, and a storyteller! We’re a small company with over 23 years of experience, offering active excursions and taking the time to get to know our guests. Before setting out on the dog sled ride, we’ll explore together the origins of the unique, symbiotic relationship between dogs and humans that dates back some 40,000 years. You’ll learn about canine biology and psychology, as well as the history of dog sledding around the globe. It’s a well-rounded adventure suitable for all ages! Our top priority, however, remains our dogs—they are our beloved babies. They are born, live, and die with us. We’re not so much about performance as we are about love and the spirit… of the Pack! Book early. We look forward to giving you a warm welcome!
