The condos are located near Mont Adstock, the golf course, and hiking and mountain biking trails. Getting there

To reach Les Condos de L'escapad, take Route 112 from Thetford Mines. Free outdoor parking is available on-site, making it easy for visitors to access.

Good to know

The best time to visit our condos is from May through October and from January through April, when outdoor activities are at their peak.

Sunset

Sit out on the balcony at the end of the day to admire the light bathing the golf course, the surrounding nature, and Mount Adstock. It’s a wonderful way to end the day after your outdoor activities.

Safety tips

Before participating in an activity, check the weather conditions, trail conditions, and facility hours. Wear appropriate protective gear, including a helmet for skiing and mountain biking. In winter, make sure you have appropriate clothing, good shoes, and a properly equipped vehicle. Children must remain under adult supervision on the balcony and near the fireplace or BBQ.

Rules

The condos can accommodate a maximum of 4–6 people. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets must be declared at the time of booking and must comply with the applicable conditions. Parties and events are not permitted. To maintain a peaceful neighborhood, please keep noise levels reasonable, especially in the evening. Check-in and check-out times must be observed.
