Its warm atmosphere, exclusive access to the lake, and comfortable amenities make it the perfect place to unwind. With its private dock, small beach, and included boats, the Oasis lets you fully enjoy Lake Trois-Milles. 🌲 Accessible via a one-kilometer private road, the cottage enjoys an exceptionally secluded setting. Surrounded by mature woodlands and shielded from prying eyes, it offers a true sense of tranquility. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature while still being just 15 minutes from the shops and services in Lac-Mégantic. With its two comfortable bedrooms, bright living spaces, and a terrace equipped with a BBQ, this cottage can accommodate up to 5 adults and has everything to appeal to couples, families, or friends seeking relaxation or adventure. ☀️In the summer, enjoy our small, safe beach—perfect for children—or set out to explore the lake by canoe, pedal boat, paddleboard, or rowboat. Fishing enthusiasts will also be delighted, with walleye and bass waiting to be caught. When evening falls, let yourself be enveloped by the ambiance of a campfire while admiring the spectacular view of the starry sky over the Mégantic region. Sainte-Cécile-de-Whitton is one of the municipalities recognized by the Mont-Mégantic International Dark Sky Reserve, offering you a breathtaking view of the Milky Way and the constellations. ❄️ In winter, enjoy the magic of snow-covered landscapes: snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, exploring nearby trails… Snowmobile enthusiasts will be delighted to know that a snowmobile trail is accessible directly from the road, just 500 meters from the cottage. And for a more relaxing moment, there’s nothing better than unwinding in front of the indoor fireplace with a view of the lake. Just a few minutes away, go hiking to the Belvédère du Morne, visit the Maison du Granit, or explore Mont-Mégantic National Park, famous for its astronomical observatory. No matter the season, L’Oasis is an ideal starting point for discovering the region’s treasures.
