I think there are places in Quebec where, the moment I arrive, all I want to do is make myself a little drink, sit down, and take in the view. For me, Auberge du Lac Taureau is one of those places. It feels like a beautiful relationship, a lifelong love. A true paradise on earth. It is definitely one of our top favorites, and I already can’t wait for the next time I go back… surrounded by the peaceful scenery and the sound of ice clinking in my favorite drink.
